Working Capital Co-Ordinator PermanentSalary: £45-50KCentral LondonHybrid Working (2-3 days in office)Our client is looking for a Working Capital Co-Ordinator to ensure that all aspects of working capital processes are efficiently co-ordinated, cash is allocated promptly, invoices are issued, and account reconciliations are completed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with consultants to ensure that invoices are correctly issued to the correct client contact, and that queries are quickly resolved.
  • Work closely with the external Credit Control team and act as an escalation point for between the external team and the internal Sales Consultants.
  • Where appropriate, issue pre-legal letters as approved by the Credit Manager.
  • Take ownership of all temporary contract workers invoicing. Ensuring correct Purchase orders and other client requirements are managed accordingly.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Credit Control experience required
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Strong Experience working with internal and external clients
