Description

Assist the head of team to deliver on internal communications strategies.
Manage internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms.
Craft engaging content for internal audiences.
Support the planning and execution of internal events.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communications campaign.
Work alongside HR and senior stakeholders to develop messaging and ensure these are delivered on chosen channels.

Profile

A successful Internal Communications Officer should have:

Experience in a Communications, Content or Marketing role within the charity sector ideally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using social media and digital platforms, such as internal intranet pages.
