National Director of Justice and Health Services - Remote working

Basic salary £80,000 plus extensive benefits which included thirty-eight holidays, excellent pension, additional training, and career development

As the National Director of Justice and Health Services, you will be a highly motivated individual who is looking to genuinely make difference and can work collaboratively, whilst achieving results as a team.

As the National Director of Justice and Health Services, you will hold a recognised and relevant professional qualification post-graduate and up to date registration in a related healthcare field (e.g. forensic counselling and/or clinical psychology nursing or occupational health) and have a passion for social justice a commitment to reducing health inequalities and experience with multi-agency collaboration.

This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams and cultivate a supportive work culture with a vision to help shape the next chapter to bring innovative ideas and solutions to an evolving landscape.

Duties

  • You will have strong leadership skills to inspire delivery teams, supporting them in providing effective, compassionate services in the face of challenges and growth.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to drive systems integration initiatives across the justice, health, and family social work sectors to improve multi-disciplinary collaboration and health outcomes.
  • Be an ambassador and the voice particularly for families and significant others of people in the justice system, to foster patient and public advocacy.
  • Working closely with HMPPS and NHS just health commissioners and providers to ensure the inclusion of families and caregivers in the system.
  • Supporting the company’s growth plans
  • Demonstrate managing a multi-million-pound budget to ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence
