As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical coordination and delivery of complex, large scale residential developments in West / North West London.

Description
- Engage, support the appointment of, manage, and coordinate the design team
- Ensure design & technical information is produced to meet programme and quality
- Management of all statutory enquiries (e.g. utilities connections)
- Oversee NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
- Attend subcontractor interviews and support appointment via technical review
- Issue drawings as required for construction
Profile
A successful Senior Technical Coordinator should have:
- A strong educational background in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proven experience in technical coordination within the residential development/construction sector
- Excellent communication with a proven ability to manage design teams to programme, cost, and quality
- A high level of problem solving skills
You must have the right to work in the UK and will be comfortable working full time on site in West / North West London.
Job Offer
- A salary range of £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
