Long term freelance opportunity for a Technical Coordinator in Woolwich paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on the new build of over 700 residential units made up of 6 blocks. The project is currently in RIBA stage 3 starts and is scheduled to begin contruction in 2027.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Technical Coordinator to join their team. Our client takes prides in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 9 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Developer.
