About the role of Technical Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Architect or Engineer to play a pivotal role in the delivery of major residential scheme in Central London consisting of both mid- and high-rise R/C frame towers with large mix-use elements including leisure, commercial and retail space.
This role will be site-based reporting to a Senior Technical Manager and will be part of an established team consisting of another Technical Coordinator and Senior Coordinator. This role will be specifically lead a phase that involves working on a listed building
Requirements for the Technical Coordinator role
- Experience working with a main contractor or developer or consultancy
- Experience working on listed buildings
- Delivery experience
