I'm working with a growing team to find a Procurement Specialist. This role will focus on sourcing suppliers for branded components, especially Point of Sale (POS) materials, merchandise, packaging, and other key elements. The priority is ensuring high-quality standards, with a focus on maintaining the brand's commitment to excellence. You'll also support product development and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, production, and global supply chains, with a sharp eye for detail. Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Source new suppliers for POS, branded merchandise, packaging, and more.
  • Ensure suppliers meet social, ethical, and sustainability standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance cost and quality.
  • Onboard suppliers and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Product Development & Compliance

  • Assist in developing new products, focusing on feasibility, material selection, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet design and quality standards.
  • Stay current on industry regulations and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Procurement & Data Management

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain accurate item data within internal systems.
  • Monitor lead times and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
  • Resolve production or supplier issues efficiently and offer practical solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Resolve production or supplier issues efficiently.

The Person.

  • 4+ years in procurement, product development, or supply chain (ideally in POS, gifts, packaging, or luxury retail).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and production processes, with experience working with a diverse supplier base.
  • Expertise in international trade regulations, supplier due diligence, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
  • Proficient in ERP software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Desirable: Experience in SAP and hands-on use of Monday.com for project management and workflow automation.
