We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a UK retailer and develop their ever growing book offering. You must be a well seasoned buyer and be able to demonstrate commercial attributes and work with large scale stores and budgets.

Daily priorities will include:

  • Manage and develop publisher and supplier relationships
  • Liaise closely with finance and revise book budgets
  • Curate and develop a new experience for customers and book readers across a high volume number of stores in the UK

You will ideally need to:

  • Have a passion for all things literature
  • Have extensive Buying experience
  • Experience buying for multiple locations with large scale budgets
  • Be an expert on buying trends across multiple categories
  • Be creative to deliver ideas and make the customers love their book offerings

You will be based on site 5 days a week in their central London office.
