- Assist in the selection and procurement of products within the lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear categories.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support the Senior Buyer in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.
- Participate in product development meetings and provide input on product assortments.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a buying or merchandising role, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Familiarity with retail buying processes and inventory management systems.
