Our client is a specialist FM Service Provider, it has recently been awarded a new hard services contract in South West London. Its a large multi-purpose commercial, residential, and retail complex. It is looking to hire a proven Fabrics Manager to join the maintenance team.
As the Fabrics Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 5 fabrics technicians that carry out all minor non-M&E building fabric maintenance. This will include maintaining and repairing, fire doors, windows, general small maintenance tasks, P&D, etc.
The successful Fabrics Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, have strong team leadership skills, be able to deliver small works projects, price and quote for works, and deliver these works on time and to budget.

£55,000 - £60,000
