Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building fabric technicians and specialist sub-contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure all statutory compliance maintenance is up-to-date and in line with regulations.
- Manage the maintenance schedule for building fabric repairs, refurbishments, and upgrades, minimizing operational disruption.
Ideal Candidate:
- Skilled in carpentry, and decorating works, with a strong understanding of facilities services.
