Job Title:  Fashion Merchandising Administrator

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:15 / 08:00-16:15

Job Summary: Are you passionate about the fashion industry and eager to advance your career in supply chain, operations, and planning? We are looking for a dynamic Fashion Merchandising Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of multidisciplinary tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create pricelists and line sheets for buyers.
  • Facilitate buying meetings and follow-up sessions.
  • Process orders and issue order confirmations.
  • Monitor order progress and cancellations, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate the timely shipping and delivery of goods.
  • Create shipping invoices and send export records to the accounting team.
  • Manage complaints and returns, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and invoice figures.
  • Process raw materials into factories and handle sample and production invoices.
  • Coordinate product delivery to key accounts in Asia and the UK.
  • Provide sales support and customer service for shops in Asia.
  • Assist with product development for the London collection as needed.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Study prices and monitor product development.
  • Suggest promotional products each season.
  • Manage the timetable for sample developments.
  • Identify problems and develop product requirements to maximize sales.
  • Monitor sales and commission forecasts.
  • Manage the Sell Through Data file.
  • Monitor supplier performance, including quality control.
  • Prepare samples for seasonal sales and manage related documentation.
  • Produce and check essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading and export customs entries.
  • Ensure invoices and packing lists are raised accurately and filed according to company policy.
  • Provide customer service for discrepancies and claims.
  • Assist with fabric or material orders and invoicing as required.
  • Support monthly sales reports and sales activities.

Key Attributes:

  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to keep tasks up to date and monitor progress.
