FM Sourcing Manager

Your new companyThis global FM service provider has a truly international footprint with offices in over 75 countries, providing a wide range of support and services to its clients. You will sit within the real estate arm of the business, helping to deliver a range of strategic FM procurement initiatives for FS/PS clients. Your new roleAs an FM Sourcing Manager, you will lead procurement initiatives for hard and soft FM Services on behalf of global financial service clients across the UK and Europe. You will lead all stakeholder/client engagement - building up your understanding of short, medium and long-term requirements to ensure procurement needs are met, while maximising commercial opportunity for the business. You will be responsible for leading negotiations and delivery of savings in relation to overall account objectives. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a confident and engaging procurement professional with an executive presence, and the ability to handle tough negotiations and client conversations independently. You will be responsible for ensuring account deliverables are met, so a commercial mindset with the ability to identify long term commercial opportunity is vital to allow you to succeed in this role. You should have an in depth and strong understanding of the FM category, with the ability to engage and work with technical stakeholders both internally and externally. You should also be within commuting distance of London with the ability to be in the office 3x a week. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive base salary of up to £80,000 p/a, alongside a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days a/l and private medical insurance.
