My Lpondon based client is looing fir a Group Contracts & Procurement Officer to join the team.

Working as part of the compliance and finance team, the role of Group Contracts & Procurement Officer will be to manage all aspects of contracts and procurement, including negotiating, tender and contract management, developing procurement strategies as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

The role will include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Managing end to end tendering processes
  • Advise on appropriate procurement routes and ensure stakeholders understand the process and also ensure stakeholder requirements are met
  • Negotiate and manage contracts
  • Modify and agree contract terms
  • Provide updates on contract and procurement activity and ensure that the contract management register is managed
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation

This is a fantastic role for someone to join a team and take the lead on procurement and contracting activity. In order to be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar procurement role, as well as a background in contract management.

The role is being offered on a permanent basis with 1 day a week in the office and at a salary of £35,000 to £40,000.
