We're looking for a Housing Income Team Leader to drive a person-centred approach to rent collection and arrears prevention. You'll lead a team managing Camden's housing income, ensuring early intervention, debt prevention, and, when necessary, legal action.
Your role:
- Support a team in maximising income collection and reducing arrears.
- Handle customer enquiries, identify early intervention opportunities, and improve services.
- Make key financial decisions on repayments, enforcement, and debt management.
- Balance priorities, meet deadlines, and attend court when required.
