An experienced Merchandising Assistant is required for a very high-end Jewellery company based in W1. The Merchandising Team plays a crucial role in the business operations by overseeing and optimising the assortment of their products in their retail stores, while maintaining the integrity of the brand image. The team focuses on maximising stock, sales and sell-thru. As a Merchandising Assistant, the main mission will be to provide operational support to the Merchandising organisation and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts working in a growing business environment. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Detailed-orientated, thorough and committed to accuracy
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and curious
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player
  • Organisational and analytical mindset
  • Background in Jewellery and basic Diamond knowledge will be beneficial

The main duties:

  • Provide daily support to facilitate all selling efforts (Stock requests, deliveries...)
  • Run daily and weekly reports
  • Assist in Stock coordination, allocating and rebalancing
  • Arrange Shipments and coordinate with transversal teams
  • Support the team with product presentations
  • Coordinate studio photoshoots
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Provide admin support

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have previous experience in Merchandising within the Jewellery or luxury Industry. A thirst for expanding knowledge to deliver innovation and creativity.
