An exciting opportunity for an experienced Jewellery Procurement Assistant has arisen for our client a high-end Jewellery company based in London. The Procurement Team play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting stones, ensuring they are ready for production based in business needs and priorities. Our client is seeking a fast paced, organised and dynamic individual to support the Head of Procurement and help drive daily operations forward with precision and efficiency. The Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Head of Procurement: Assist in the planning, tracking, and timely shipping of stones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Production allocation and coordination: Allocate stones to production and collaborate with various teams to ensure continuous work flow and seamless integration across departments.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and manage daily operational paperwork, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Diamond Expertise - GIA Diamond qualification is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Highly organised & detail orientated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Dynamic and Self-Motivated - A fast-paced and driven individual who thrives under pressure and is always proactive.

The successful candidate must have a passion for Jewellery and a genuine interest in the Jewellery industry and it's products.
