Role Overview:

Join a dynamic design company as a Procurement & Logistics Assistant, providing key administrative support to project teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier orders and approvals
  • Manage quotes and invoices
  • Handle order queries and update company systems
  • Ensure accurate delivery and logistics tracking
  • Support general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently
