Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for procurement and logistics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a vibrant design company located in the heart of London Bridge, is looking for a dedicated Procurement & Logistics Assistant to support their project teams and contribute to their dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Placing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process.
  • Receiving and reviewing quotes
  • Overseeing the purchasing and approval of supplier invoices.
  • Addressing order queries and keeping the system updated with new orders.
  • Ensuring company systems are current with delivery and logistical information.
  • Taking on any additional duties as required to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your administrative skills.
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice is a plus!
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
  • Fantastic problem-solving abilities
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
