Salary: £24-27k depending on experience
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 9-5:30pm - role will be full time office based

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for procurement and logistics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a vibrant design company located in the heart of London Bridge, is looking for a dedicated Procurement & Logistics Assistant to support their project teams and contribute to their dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Placing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process.
- Receiving and reviewing quotes
- Overseeing the purchasing and approval of supplier invoices.
- Addressing order queries and keeping the system updated with new orders.
- Ensuring company systems are current with delivery and logistical information.
- Taking on any additional duties as required to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your administrative skills.
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
- Fantastic problem-solving abilities
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
