Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Procurement Business Partner in Tower Hamlets. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Working with business managers and project teams to improve procurement and contract management within the department and to ensure legislative requirements are met and corporate objectives and value for money are successfully achieved
• Supporting the delivery of the Housing Management procurement plan
• Supporting the management of procurement processes including implementation of organisational governance ensuring all relevant policies and procedures are met.

The candidate:

• Experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector is essential
• CIPs qualification is essential
• Experience working in a procurement capacity in a housing environment is essential
