You will lead procurement supplier selection and contract negotiations, ensuring that supply contracts meet business needs. Your role will involve maintaining optimal partnerships for service delivery while supporting issue identification and resolution with non-ITO outsourcers. You will also drive suppliers to innovate services through sharing initiatives for service growth, automation, and technology advancements. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with Aspen Group's Procurement and Supplier Management regulatory requirements.
- Define and execute the sourcing strategy for non-IT services
- Lead on procurement supplier selection and contract negotiations
- Ensure supply contracts are fit for business need
- Maintain optimal partners for service delivery
- Support issue identification and resolution with non-ITO outsourcers
- Identify and align on initiatives for further delivery of contract value
- Drive the Supplier to innovate services through sharing initiatives for service growth/automation and technology advancements
- Ensure compliance with Aspen Group's Procurement and Supplier Management regulatory requirements
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Procurement Category Lead position at Aspen Insurance brings a wealth of experience in overseeing the contracting and performance of successful Outsource partnerships. You have strong experience in overseeing the operation of an Indian based Supplier, including understanding their market, culture, and ways of working. Your track record includes driving operational and process excellence as well as setting baselines SLA's and KPI's. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build relationships at all levels within the organisation. You possess an analytical mindset with the creativity to seek non-traditional approaches. Your ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate both directly and indirectly will be key to your success in this role.
- Must have SS2/21 regulation experience
- Experience in managing BPO Indian based outsources
- Experience in overseeing the contracting and performance of a successful Outsource partnership
