A fantastic opportunity to join a creative company based in Southwest London, where you will be reporting to Procurement & Planning Manager.

You will beassisting in the procurement and inhouse production of goods to ensure that there is always an optimal quantity of materials available to meet delivery demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Procurement & Production Planning Manager in the scheduling of orders with our suppliers to meet the sales pipeline demand timetable
  • Processing and managing purchase orders of finished goods and components
  • Processing and managing inhouse production orders
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding the procurement of parts to ensure efficient supply chain performance & OTIF
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Producing stock reports in Excel or other relevant reporting tools
  • Reviewing pipeline ensuring optimal stock levels are achieved
  • Communicating order updates with internal stake holders
  • Managing item master data

Personal Specification

  • Maths and English GCSE
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a purchasing and production role
  • Proficient in MS Office with a working knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP B1
  • Highly numerate with the ability to perform statistical analysis on data using Excel, SAP B1 and or other reporting tools
  • Understand transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts
  • Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Someone who takes initiative
  • Multi-tasker
  • Highly organised
  • Good command of English - verbal & written
