Hays are delighted to be working with a Housing Association in London to recruit a Procurement Officer.You will be joining an organisation that offers a flexible hybrid working approach with 2 days on-site in London and then 3 days remotely.In this role you will support the Head of Procurement to support with a variety of procurements. The organisation has a varied spend portfolio of goods and services and this role will give you exposure to a variety of different procurements.In this role you will
- Supporting procurement processes
- Maintaining supplier relationships across a broad portfolio
- Process and onboard new suppliers
- Monitor compliance with PCR23
- Provide spend analytics to drive value
We are looking for individuals with
- Experience of working within a procurement function
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and procedures.
- Experience of data analytics
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications, and eProcurement systems.
- Excellent customer management and influencing skills.
