The person, in charge of procurement and project management will oversee procurement operations.

Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring that all procurement procedures are in line with the companies’ objectives.

This position demands a mix of procurement skills and project management abilities with a focus, on sectors and technical settings.

Developing a plan, for sourcing and guiding a team.

  • Crafting and executing the purchasing plan to align with project aims and company goals is key, to advancing success and fulfilling missions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to identify and reach agreements, for the cost prompt supply of materials and services.
  • Ensure that you establish and nurture connections, with vendors to uphold top notch quality standards as well, as compliance and sustainability measures.
  • Coordinate all procurement tasks such, as issuing tenders negotiating contracts, with suppliers and assessing supplier performance.
  • Guidance, on overseeing a project.
  • Manage the coordination and implementation of projects to ensure they are, in line, with budget constraints, schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Work together with teams, from departments such, as engineering, operations and finance to make sure that projects are smoothly integrated.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to establish the projects scope, objectives and goals.
  • Keep an eye, on the project’s advancement. Be prepared to address any issues that may arise during the procurement process by finding effective solutions.
  • Engage in discussions, with suppliers to obtain terms and prices all while maintaining the reliability of the supply chain.
  • Keep an eye, on how suppliers doing and make sure to measure important indicators while working on ways to enhance their performance.
  • Make sure that suppliers adhere to rules and regulations, along, with standards while also meeting technical and quality criteria.
  • Handle procurement budgets to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve goals.
  • Consistently monitor market trends and pricing tactics to enhance procurement expenses while upholding quality standards.

  • Utilise strategies, in procurement procedures and project oversight to enhance enhancements and streamline operations.

  • Extensive technical expertise, with a track record of overseeing projects, in the sector.
  • A deep understanding of purchasing fundamentals and practices, in handling suppliers and negotiating contracts.
  • Proven track record of overseeing teams and successfully handling projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience, in using tools for procurement management and project management software, like SAP Oracle MS Project.
  • Understanding norms and guidelines, for products along, with engineering procedures is important.
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential, for evaluating information and reaching informed conclusions.
  • Project Management Certification (Desirable);
