Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented Operations Inbound Coordinator to join our team.

**Your Role** As an Operations Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for short-term (up to 3 months’ visibility) planning and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and maintain a clear line of communication internally and externally, resulting in optimized customer service, plan execution, and inventory targets. Your main responsibilities will include issuing purchase orders, ensuring POs are on track through delivery, communicating with vendors, and ensuring accurate inventory levels in a complex contract manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities** - Recommend, issue, and track purchase orders for components, filling, and finished goods. - Maintain full visibility of purchase orders and track them through to delivery. - Manage the supplier relationship as the point of contact and conduct weekly open orders calls. - Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations on components at supplier locations. - Analyze and report monthly on excess, obsolete, and discontinued items. - Partner with Logistics to ensure timely inbound delivery of POs via air, ocean, and trucks. - Develop logistics requirements (specifications) with suppliers. - Liaise with Demand Planning and the warehouse management team to ensure that stock is available for allocation. - Initiate and drive lead-time improvement and agility projects. - Create and revise part numbers and bills of materials as necessary. - Create reports and other tools to provide visibility on all inventory locations. - Assist in price reviews and negotiations. - Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies. - Communicate and escalate risks to cross-functional teams. - Prepare clear and direct reports for Senior Management when appropriate.

**Qualifications** - A minimum of two years’ experience in FMCG Outbound Operations management. - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent analytical abilities. - Ability to thrive under pressure and welcome challenges. - Excellent communication and influencing skills. - Resilient and self-motivated. - Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred; experience in the retail sector is a must. - Additional European language preferred. - Experience managing Sephora beneficial.
