The Business:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Procurement end to end for all services/equipment needed for the running of this business's global events. This will include things such as:
  • Rental of crowd seating, stands, cabins, tents
  • Facilities Management - Cleaning, catering, security etc.
  • Transport/Fleet
  • Any technology required e.g. software, on-site hardware
  • Other niche equipment and services
  • Own relationships with suppliers globally and in region, events running across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
  • Given strict timelines, you will be central to the management of supplier delivery/quality in the lead up to, during and following the event. This includes the resolution of any supplier issues and mitigating of potential risk

Key Skills:

  • Supported or led on end-to-end procurement of indirect services. Ideally in the leisure, hospitality, construction or sport industry and have covered some of the listed categories
  • Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, confident and eager to learn
  • Personable with an ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders/suppliers
