What You’ll Be Doing as a Quality Technician:
- Assisting in quality improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Supporting engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Conducting internal audits, inspections, and reporting findings to help drive continuous improvement.
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet required specifications and standards.
- Assisting in the creation, review, and update of quality documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and reports.
- Collecting and analysing quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For in a Quality Technician:
- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
