Concierge Duty Manager

2 x Head Concierge / Duty Manager - Central - London - £35k -£40k + Bonus and other great benefitsMulti-Award winning property management company are seeking Duty Managers (Day & Night Options) to oversee a small portfolio of residential sites, assisting in setting standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.The ideal candidates will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will come from a 5* or 4* hotel or another environment famed for it's high level customer service. You must be a team motivator and have ideas to elevate service. You will be overseeing a team of day and night concierges across 4 to 6 sites (closely located)

This is a 12 hour 4 on 4 off positionYou Must Have:* Experience of working as Manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents* Track record of delivering first-class customer service* Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processesAs you would expect, you will receive a competitive salary and also enjoy a generous benefits package.
