Duties and responsibilities related to thePublic Area Supervisorrole
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, lounges, and other common spaces.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Train and mentor the public area team to deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the wider housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service.
About you
Previous experience in housekeeping within the luxury segment is preferred. Good guest service skills are required.
