Due to ongoing expansion, we are offering a superb opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the London office of an international, multi-disciplinary consultancy. The projects you will be working on will include hotels, heritage sites, commercial developments, educational facilities, and leisure sectors.
As an Assistant Cost Consultant you will be an integral part of a dynamic team overseeing both new construction and refurbishment projects valued between 14m and 400m. Your responsibilities will include managing project budgets, fees, conducting team meetings internally and with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, fees, and team meetings.
- Oversee projects typically ranging from 15m to 20m.
- Utilise COSTX effectively and demonstrate proficiency in NEC and JCT forms of contract.
- Engage in value engineering, cost planning, and tendering.
- Handle projects from inception to completion, including contract administration.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
- Postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying with a Consultancy or Contractor.
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
