Package: £30,000 - £35,000 car allowance

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within their Special Works Division (Residential Refurbishment, New Build and Fit-out of up to £5m) who pride themselves on offering excellent progression and a family feel.
• This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
• Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on thier Special Works Projects.

Duties

• Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on small high end Refurbishments, New Builds and Fit Outs..
• Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
• Assessing and processing supply chain payment
• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
• Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

• Ideally Refurbishment experience but not essential.
• Degree Qualified
• Main Contractor experience
• Driver’s Licence
