Overview
- Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within their Special Works Division (Residential Refurbishment, New Build and Fit-out of up to £5m) who pride themselves on offering excellent progression and a family feel.
- This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
- Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on thier Special Works Projects.
Duties
- Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on small high end Refurbishments, New Builds and Fit Outs..
- Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
- Assessing and processing supply chain payment
- Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
- Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.
Requirements
- Ideally Refurbishment experience but not essential.
- Degree Qualified
- Main Contractor experience
- Driver’s Licence
