About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A specialist Main Contractor is currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is career minded, keen to run their own projects and looking for the right training and progression in order to excel in their career. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work on a 5m fit out and refurbishment in the City of London from PCSA. You will be responsible for managing packages, collating CVRS and managing the commercial process. You will have an established team member and Commercial Manager working with you who can guide and support you through the project.
Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The company are looking for a candidate with ideally 2 years experience with another Main contractor. Someone who is motivated and keen to join a business with excellent training and progression on offer and where you can learn from experienced staff and who ideally have the following:
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience in managing subcontractor packages and payments
- Driven, dynamic and ambitious

With average project values from 5m-20m including CAT A and CAT B refurbishments. With sustainability in mind, they focus on the supply chain and projects to work at Net Zero with 90% of projects across London boroughs.
