Assistant Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline that is accredited by the RICS or similar.
- At least 12 months of experience within a similar construction environment.
- Client facing.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Presentation skills.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Pre and Post contract services.
- Attend site meetings.
- Produce documents to tender.
- Contract Administration.
- Valuations.
- Cost Management.
