This ever-growing construction consultancy firm is looking for an innovative Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in London. You will get the opportunity to gain exposure on a range of amazing projects. With previous projects having been delivered across Europe, you will be able to work on projects that have an impact on a large scale!

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline that is accredited by the RICS or similar.
  • At least 12 months of experience within a similar construction environment.
  • Client facing.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Presentation skills.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Valuations.
  • Cost Management.
