Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a company running a variety of projects across central London, all within a few miles of London City Airport. The company had a 100+ million turnover in the past year and has a management team known for aiding in personal development and actively assisting new starters. The business has their hands in a wide range of sectors across a number of procurement routes, including traditional and Design & Build, and operates in both London and internationally.

Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Assistant both the Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors on site.
• Managing packages, collating CVRS and assisting in the commercial process.

Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Personable and friendly character to fit in with company culture.
