A prestigious London Cost Management consultancy is seeking a client facing, and professional Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to achieve MRICS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join the consultancy's extremely successful commercial sector, cost management team which is currently working on several iconic and mouthwatering commercial projects across the city.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the experienced Quantity Surveyors in the team with the delivery of pre and post cost management services.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2.1), or on the government apprenticeship scheme
  • 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Must have worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
  • Basic pre contract knowledge
  • Commercial project experience - preferred
