Excellent opportunity for an assistant quantity surveyor who wants to work for a consultancy and be supported to gain their chartership.
The role:
The role has been created due to an increase in workload and the senior team needing more support in pre and post contract duties.
The practice is well regarded, having won numerous awards, they offer a rounded service through management led disciplines. They work through the private sector, primarily in Residential but are expanding their commercial service offering and capability.
You will have a diverse portfolio of projects to look after, from smaller schemes that you will complete the majority of tasks on through to larger projects that you will assist on.
About you:
You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. A good grounding in the industry, ideally with in a client, contractor or consultancy. It is essential that you wish to gain your Membership with the RICS, work within private practice/ consultancy, contractor or client/ development organisation
You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 25 days holiday and cpd. The firm will enable you to take the next step in your career and support your professional development.
