Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country.
They are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Lewisham for a large mixed-use residential development.
The project consists of multiple phases, with the current focus on phase 2, which includes 152 units and has a build cost of £35 million.
Candidates should have experience with major residential developments, particularly with RC Frame structures.
The position offers a basic salary between £45,000 and £50,000, along with a full package and bonus system.

Now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Lewisham. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 2, 152 units in total - £35m build cost.

The role will report into the Senior QS.

Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential developments (RC Frame).

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £45k - £50k + full package and bonus system.
