Assistant Quantity Surveyor for London based Developer for Private and Affordable housing project in West London
About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Your role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be to working in a team of 5 reporting to a Project Quantity Surveyor The Project itself is a 230m Residential over 5 towers with a mix of Private and Affordable Housing, with the final Phase completing in summer 2026.
The position is site based and can provide excellent opportunity for a surveyor in the early stages of their career to work on a large project managing packages, feeding in to CVRs and gaining good exposure on a fast moving project.
Requirements:
The company are looking for a candidate who is a motivated and keen to join a business with excellent training and progression on offer and keen to learn and develop their own careers becoming an integral part of the team.
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ideally some on site experience managing subcontractor packages.
- Happy to work FT site based in West London
