About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with housing associations, local councils and land owners to provide affordable housing in London. This project consists of 191 flats valued at 44m and is based in South Harrow. The Contractor is well-known for delivering a high quality service across West London whilst rewarding their employees accordingly. This is your chance to join a proactive and successful team helping drive their success further.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
- Support the preparation of tenders and bids
- Helping with the administration of contracts
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimations
Key Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Experience at a Main Contractor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Live within commutable distance from Harrow
- Can start ASAP
