We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join theirdynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start or progress your career in a supportive and professional environment.
As a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Assist with cost planning, procurement, and financial management on a variety of construction projects.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and project costings.
- Support the team in project monitoring, valuations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and within budget.
- Gain exposure to specialist surveying services, including rights of light and party wall matters.
The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Ideally, working towards your Assessment of ProfessionalCompetence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor (RICS), though this is not essential.
- A keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and cost management platforms.
