Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in supporting the management of projects, contributing to both pre and post-contract duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation and management of tender documents
- Supporting project managers in cost control and reporting
- Helping to mitigate commercial risks
- Providing assistance in negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Contributing to the development of project budgets
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience working on residential projects
- Experience within a PQS or consultancy setting
- Knowledge of pre and post-contract processes
