A dynamic and well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy in London (near Liverpool St Station) is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with a QS Director, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors, you'll be involved in the pre-contract & post-contract phase, assisting with drafting prelims, preparing tenders, and reviewing contract documents-all while building the skills needed to progress within the business.

Operating out of five strategic offices nationwide, the incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of schemes across the Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors from £1m - £120m.

APC Support & Career Development

This consultancy is fully committed to helping Assistant Quantity Surveyors achieve MRICS accreditation, offering a structured APC programme that includes:

? Mentorship from senior MRICS surveyors within a team of 30 in London? Dedicated study groups and mock interviews to prepare you for final assessments? Funded professional memberships and external training courses? Exposure to a variety of projects across different sectors for well-rounded experience

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 1 year+)
  • Eager to work towards APC
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
