Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost management and budgeting for high-rise projects, including luxury residential and commercial developments.
• Provide support with contract administration, including tendering, procurement, and valuation.
• Liaise directly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, cost plans, and reports.
• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure timely completion within budget.

Requirements:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Some experience in the construction industry, ideally in a quantity surveying role.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn and progress within the company.
