Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join leading residential developer for project in the Paddington area. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a residential background and have a proven track record in delivering the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside managing surveyor, contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
