Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 35k-45K depending on experience plus company benefits.

Location: London with the remote working

Role information: Our client is looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to start on a Permanent position in London based out of there London office with the occasional working from home.

The ideal candidate would need to have 3years experience ideally within a tier1 construction company, you will need to have Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential schemes between 10 and 40 million.

The desire to engage with project teams to develop commercial awareness.

What are we looking for?

As an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and CIOB or RICS Membership.

You should also have strong knowledge of Collating and / or producing site records necessary for interim and final account payments and cost reports, including materials received records.
