The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor will work closely with three Partners, leading the cost management for ambitious and technically complex projects. In addition to traditional MEP cost management duties, you will manage M&E costs, provide valuable commercial insights to clients, and oversee cost plans independently. You'll also play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior team members, making this an ideal position for someone ready to step into a leadership role.

The Ideal Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor

This consultancy is seeking a professional who brings:

  • A strong M&E or MEP background within a UK construction consultancy.
  • MRICS qualification (or actively working towards it).
  • A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven pre- and post-contract cost management expertise.
