The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

This is not just a role; it's a chance to lead, inspire, and make a real impact. As the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take charge of delivering full cost consultancy and contract administration services across a wide variety of prestigious residential and commercial projects (including office and high-end fit-out developments) in London and the Southeast.

In addition to your day-to-day project responsibilities, you'll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding the talented team of Quantity Surveyors, helping them grow and succeed. You'll work closely with the Directors to strengthen client relationships and drive business success.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• PQS/Cost management/Consultancy background
• MRICS
• Client facing
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Ideally residential or commercial project exposure
• Contract administration/EA experience would also be a plus
