A supportive, family-like consultancy based in Fitzrovia is searching for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a pivotal member of a rapidly expanding team and help shape the future of this dynamic consultancy.

The Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take on a leadership role within this medium-sized consultancy, which operates from five strategic offices nationwide. You'll lead junior surveyors, oversee project delivery, and work on a diverse range of projects, including Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Project values range from £1m to £40m+, offering a rich variety of challenges and opportunities.

This position is perfect for a proactive and ambitious professional looking to make a real impact, step into a key leadership role, and progress toward becoming an Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior surveyors, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Lead and deliver 3-4 projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Sector Diversity: Work across an array of exciting sectors, from new builds to refurbishments.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the firm's growth by driving projects and leading teams effectively.

About You:

  • Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards it).
  • Experience managing Quantity Surveyors within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
  • Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
  • Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles.
