A major, well respected multi disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking an associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.
This dynamic and progressive construction consultancy have maintained their status within the industry and are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen at the top end.
This company work in a number of sectors which include traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in theCommercial and Residential (Public and Private)
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who place a high value on their staff and offer flexible working solutions to ensure a work/life balance.
About the role:
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:
- Budget control
- Agreement of target costs
- Risk analysis
- Carrying our monthly valuations
- Monthly reporting
- Option proposals
- Auditing and final accounts.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
You will be based in London although working from home when not attending site or meetings is an option.
About the salary:
- Up to 80,000 (DOE)

About the requirements:
- The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree would be preferable
- Chartered and preferably through RICS.
- Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
- A good technical knowledge and experience within consultancy Quantity Surveying
